1. Study & Evaluation of Reconfigurable Computing (RC) Concepts. PESU Students developed prototype of Reconfigurable System using standard FPGA board to demonstrate the concept of reconfigurable computing and evaluate the performance to validate the claims.
2. Wireless Sensor Networks for various applications. PESU students successfully designed wireless sensor nodes for various applications. The results included enhancing the features and capabilities of the wireless sensor nodes powering the nodes, connectivity and energy saving.
3. Contactless underwater battery charger. PESU students designed, simulated and developed a device and system for contactless underwater power transmission. The contactless power transmission technique will be used to charge lithium ion battery used to power underwater ROV to extend its run time for scientific studies and several other applications.
