Guiding Vision

The rapid changes in the economy and society, the balance between business and regulations, and emerging market dynamics and policy measures have made law and legal strategy important like never before.

It also demands a new approach to teaching and understanding law that works towards creating solutions for maintaining order and handling disagreements that confront business and society. PES University aims to set new standards of excellence and relevance in legal education.

Faculty of Law was established in the year 2017 under the benign patronage of Dr. M.R Doreswamy, Chancellor, PES University with a vision of establishing a Global Law School. The Faculty of Law offers five years integrated law programs spread across ten semesters.

2.PESU Legal Eagle – A Paid Apprenticeship Program

A Unique Paid Apprenticeship program from the 1st year till the 5th year with a monetary stipend from the University

  • Weekly talks and issue-based delivery by Prominent Civil Servants, Public Servants, Policy Makers, Legal, Arts and Management Experts

4.Propagative Field Investigation – Experiential Learning

  • Year 1 to 3 – NGO/ Human Rights Commission/ Women and Children Commission/ Lok Adalat/ Arbitration Center/ Tribunals/ Police Stations/ Central Jail/ Consumer Forums/ Alternative Dispute Resolution Centers/ Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation Center
