Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) is the flagship CSR initiative of Bajaj Auto Ltd. It aims to set up state-of-the-art BEST centers with laboratories having world-class equipment that will enable the hands-on skilling of thousands of young people, making them competent and employable.
The BEST Centre will train engineers and diploma holders to help address the skill gap in the manufacturing industry. The curriculum is designed by industry experts, senior leaders, and engineers of Bajaj Auto Ltd.
