It provides hands-on exposure to real-world industrial programming and production-oriented robotic applications.

KUKA KR35 R1840

The KR 35 R1840 is a high-payload, long-reach industrial robot built for demanding operations involving heavy components and large workpieces. In our lab, it is integrated with a DKP dual-axis positioner, enabling synchronized robot–positioner motion for improved accessibility, multi-angle processing, and advanced automation workflows.

KUKA KR4 R600 (Invert Mounted) - Force Torque Sensor Training Cell

The KR4 R600 Invert Mounted Robot from KUKA is an advanced 6-axis industrial robot integrated with a Force Torque Sensor and vision system, enabling training in precision assembly, force-controlled operations, sensor-based programming, and complex automated cycles. Its ceiling-mounted configuration exposes learners to real industrial cell design, compliance control, and high-accuracy applications used in modern manufacturing environments.

KUKA KR10 R1100

The KR 10 R1100 from KUKA is a compact 6-axis industrial robot configured in our lab with a mobile, battery-operated setup, allowing it to be easily relocated for demonstrations, flexible cell setups, and rapid deployment. It is well-suited for medium-payload applications such as assembly, material handling, and general automation training.

KUKA KR6 R350

The KR6 R350 AGILUS is a compact, high-speed 6-axis industrial robot featured in the ready2_educate training cell, designed for hands-on learning in pick-and-place tasks, tool handling, and continuous path motion programming. With structured training modules and practical exercises, it provides strong fundamentals in industrial robot programming and real-world automation workflows.

SCARA & AMR Systems

Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arms and Autonomous Mobile Robots for flexible automation.

SCARA Robot

KUKA SCARA robots are high-speed, four-axis industrial robots designed specifically for precision assembly, pick-and-place, and small-part handling applications. Known for their rigid vertical axis and compliant horizontal motion, KUKA SCARA systems deliver exceptional repeatability, compact footprints, and fast cycle times, making them ideal for electronics manufacturing

Autonomous Mobile Robot

KUKA Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are intralogistics platforms equipped with 2D/3D LiDAR scanners, RGB/RGB-D cameras, ultrasonic proximity sensors, and safety laser scanners for real-time mapping, obstacle detection, and human-safe navigation. Using SLAM-based localization and onboard industrial controllers, KUKA AMRs autonomously plan paths, dynamically avoid obstacles, and integrate with fleet management and MES systems.

Mitsubishi COBOT

Collaborative robots designed for safe human-robot interaction in industrial environments.

Mitsubishi Cobot

Mitsubishi Electric collaborative robots (COBOTs), such as the MELFA ASSISTA series, feature built-in torque sensors and collision detection for safe human–robot interaction. They support intuitive programming and are widely used for assembly, pick-and-place, and machine tending applications in flexible manufacturing environments.

3D Modelling & Designing

Professional CAD and 3D design tools for creating robot components, workcells, and custom end-effectors.

SolidWorks

Industry-standard parametric CAD for designing robot end-effectors, fixture plates, and full workcell layouts from scratch.

ROS2, Nav2, MoveIt, RViz & Gazebo

Open-source middleware ecosystem for robot development, simulation, navigation, and motion planning.
