About

Doctorate degree in Human Resource Management with 18 +years of Teaching Experience in HR,OB and IR. More than 30 research paper publications in journals of repute indexed by Scopus, WOS,UGC and ABDC . She has actively participated and organized many conferences, case study competition, E summits, FDP’s, seminars, workshops and symposiums. She has conducted training projects like train the trainers for Election Commission of India. She has taught advanced graduate and Post Graduate courses spanning across the various subjects related to Human resources, Industrial Relations and organizational behavior. Her research interest is in Training and development, Academic Quality, Workplace spiritualism, Organizational Culture and labor laws. Apart from Teaching, She has contributed in Institutional Building Activities as a Program In-charge, Chairperson, HR area Head, curriculum development, NAAC coordination, Institutional Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) committee and organized various Events
