About

I was born on 28th January 1970. I have 25+ year’s experience in teaching college level Mathematics and Computer science subjects. In fact, I am interested to learn new things always, a recent add up in my biodata is Cryptography-I, Calculus One online courses from Stanford University in 2015 and Ohio University in 2017 respectively. Due to my Spiritual interest, I want to know more about Yoga and other Indian traditional knowledges. So, I took admission in PhD (Yoga) during the academic year July – Dec 2019 in S_VYASA, Deemed to be University, Bengaluru. The duration of the Non-Residential research program is four years.

  • My current research topic is that Yoga effect on University Students. Some of the main aspect of Yoga is mentioned below: 1. Meditation is one of the Yogic way to enhance our cognitive and neuropsychology. 2. Dharana is our ancient technique to increase attention focus time.
  • I have completed YIC(Yoga Instructor Course) from Svyasa University.
