Bachelor of Business Administration: BBA 3 year and BBA (Hons) 4-year Program is one of the best undergraduate programs available nationally. BBA is a discipline of business studies that teaches us how to do business, comprehend people, manage people, handle difficult and critical client interactions, and communicate effectively. Curriculum Design
Our students graduate with the ability to adapt to an intellectual and technologically changing environment. The BBA program at PES University provides students with a comprehensive education aimed at preparing them for the challenges of the business world. BBA Program Curriculum is well mapped with National & International colleges and universities. The curriculum is regularly updated to meet industry demands, ensuring students possess current and relevant knowledge.
Throughout the program, students delve into core subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, and Business Law, establishing a strong foundational knowledge base. From the 3rd semester onwards, elective courses like Marketing, Finance, International Business, Family Business and Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource allow students to tailor their studies to their career interests. The curriculum is well planned in a sequence of instructions consisting of Units meant for developing employability and Skills competencies of students opting for Skills essential for overall development.
Practical learning is emphasized, with students gaining hands-on experience using software tools like JMP, Tableau, Excel and PowerBI for data analysis. Innovative teaching methods, including flipped classes and real-life case studies, enhance problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Additionally, an Honors track (4 Years Program) with 160+ credits is available for students seeking specialized study of business concepts and practices that will help seek admissions to top foreign universities or ivy league colleges.

Assessments
The BBA department at PES University employs a continuous evaluation system to support students’ learning journey. 50% of the marks are derived from internal assessments, while the remaining 50% come from end-semester evaluations. Students undergo two internal assessments each semester, along with other components such as research projects, case studies, and worksheets. This diverse approach ensures students’ comprehension of course material and their ability to apply concepts to real-world scenarios. The system encourages active engagement and gives students regular feedback on their progress.
