Candidate to register for B.Tech from https://admissions.pes.edu/. Registered candidates will be considered for B.Tech admissions based on their JEE Main / KCET scores through the counseling process at the University. Registered candidates will be communicated regarding the admissions process in a timely manner.

Candidate to register for B.Tech (Diploma Lateral Entry) from https://admissions.pes.edu/ and take the entrance test 

Eligibility Criteria

Should have passed a 10+3 diploma examination with at least 60% aggregate score in the appropriate branch of Engineering/​Technology from DTE (Department of Technical Education) affiliated and approved institution.

Method of Admission

Candidates need to register for B.Tech (Diploma Lateral Entry) from https://admissions.pes.edu/ and take the physical computer based test at PES University. Results will be announced on the same day. If passed, candidates can continue with further admission process subject to eligibility criteria.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Eligibility Criteria

Method of Admission

Admissions are possible through the following quota's...

Admission for all the seats of all the above four quota's are through the KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) counseling process only based on the NEET rank / score of the candidate.

The steps involved in the admissions process at our University after securing the admission through the KEA process as mentioned above is given below. Please note, the below steps are relevant only for the candidates who posses the admission order from KEA after attending the counseling process and not for any other candidates.

Step 1: Registration

Registration at PESUIMSR within the duration as specified by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)
Candidate's Mobile Number & Email ID is mandatory for registration.

Step 2: Verification and Collection of Documents

Original documents to be submitted at KEA / Institution will be strictly in accordance with the Rules & Regulations set by the Karnataka Examination Authority (ΚΕΑ)
Before reporting to the University, candidates are advised to arrange the documents in the exact order as per the link https://pes.edu/admissions/documents-required/.

Step 3: Filling of Application Form at PESUIMSR

After step 2, candidates will be required to fill an application form in the in-house ERP system at PESUIMSR providing comprehensive details.
Candidates should compulsorily carry their recent scanned copy of the passport size photograph (not older than 2 months), preferably taken with a white background.

Step 4: Signature on the Application & Declaration Forms

Candidates and Parent / Guardian shall sign the Application Form along with all the declaration forms.

Step 5: Payment of Fees and Collection of Fee Receipt

Apart from the fee payment made at the KEA premises, payment of the University miscellaneous fee is compulsory at the time of admission to the University as per the reporting date specified by KEA.
Miscellaneous fee shall be paid through a Demand draft (DD) in favour of "PESUIMSR”, payable at Bangalore.
Mode of Payment will be through Demand Draft (DD) only. CASH / CHEQUE / UPI / Card Payments will not be accepted.
After payment of the miscellaneous fee, candidates should collect the miscellaneous fee paid receipt from the University without fail.
The candidates who have paid less than the approved tuition fee for the first year at KEA, will have to pay the complete tuition fee at the University

Note:

All admissions are subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria by the candidate.
If it is found at a later stage that the candidate has given false information / certificate or is found to have concealed some information, his / her admission will be cancelled without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria for the course applied.

Gaining Admission to B.Arch

Admissions are through KCET/PESU Quota. NATA scores are mandatory for admission through both KCET and PESU quota. Scroll down to check the eligibility criteria and method of admission for the program. 

Method of Admission

Candidates should register for PES Entrance Test but test will not be conducted by PES University. Instead, after registering to PES Entrance Test, candidate should upload their NATA score once they get it along with their 12th/ 2nd PU scores. PES University will announce ranks based on the uploaded scores and will conduct counseling based on these ranks to allocate seats.

Admission through KCET

Candidate to appear for KCET counseling based on the NATA score and 2nd PUC/ 12th std scores to secure admission

Admission through PESU Quota

Candidate to register for B.Arch from https://admissions.pes.edu/ and appear for the counseling conducted based on the NATA and 12th std/ 2nd PUC scores to secure admission 

Admission through Higher Fee Category (Management Quota)

Eligibility Criteria

1. No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with atleast 45% marks in aggregate.

2. The candidate needs to qualify NATA, an aptitude test in architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA).

Eligibility Criteria

A minimum percentage of marks in 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board should not be below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants, 42% of the total marks for OBC category, and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.

Such a minimum qualifying marks shall not automatically entitle a candidate an admission to PES University. The above mentioned is only a minimum eligibility criterion and further the candidate must pass the test/ interview process at PES University to secure admission to the program.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.

Candidate should have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English papers individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks together in PCB papers at the II PUC or 12th Standard i.e. (10+2).

The candidate belonging to SC/ST or other backward classes shall obtain 40% marks in PCB papers together in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant should have minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.

Candidate should have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English papers individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks together in PCB papers at the II PUC or 12th Standard i.e. (10+2).

The candidate belonging to SC/ST or other backward classes shall obtain 40% marks in PCB papers together in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria

A minimum percentage of marks in 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board should not be below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants, 42% of the total marks for OBC category, and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.

Such a minimum qualifying marks shall not automatically entitle a candidate an admission to PES University. The above mentioned is only a minimum eligibility criterion and further the candidate must pass the test/ interview process at PES University to secure admission to the program.

Register and take PESSAT. Interview should be attended on the same day of test on campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 working days after test. Method to Admission

Register and take PESSAT. Interview should be attended on the same day of test on campus (candidate to get their creative portfolio works for added benefit). Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 working days after test. If selected, can proceed with admissions. If the candidate has taken UCEED, then he/she must register for PESSAT (mandatory) but there is no need to take the test. Candidate can directly attend the interview carrying creative portfolio and PESSAT hall ticket.

  • Admission through KCET – Candidate to appear for KCET counseling based on the NATA score and 2nd PUC/ 12th std scores to secure admission
  • Admission through PESSAT – Candidate to register for B.Arch from https://www.pessat.com/ and appear for the counseling conducted based on the NATA and 12th std/ 2nd PUC scores to secure admission

Eligibility Criteria

1. No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject.

2. The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or “NATA” conducted by Council of Architecture.

(The above relaxation shall be valid for the academic session 2022-23 only, irrespective of the year in which a candidate has passed 10+2 or 10+3 examination.)

Method to Admission

Candidates should register for PESSAT but test will not be conducted by PES University. Instead, after registering to PESSAT, candidate should upload their NATA score once they get it along with their 12th/ 2nd PU scores. PES University will announce ranks based on the uploaded ranks and scores and will conduct counseling based on these ranks. Candidates appearing through KCET should attend counseling at KCET cell and get admission order to our University for admissions. Provisional blocking of seats through higher fee/management/NRI/PIO/OCI/Sponsored quota is also possible. Approach the Office of Admissions at PES University.
