At PES University, we deeply value the trust and dedication of our employees, students, alumni, and their families. As a token of our appreciation, we are proud to introduce the PES University Loyalty Program, designed to provide benefits to those who have been a part of the PES family.
This initiative offers fee concessions annually to eligible students across various categories, ensuring that the PES legacy continues through generations.
1. Loyalty Program for Current PES Employees
Benefit: 30% fee concession annually for all years of study.
Eligibility:
- Children of full-time current employees on the payroll of PES University.
- The parent must have been employed at PES University continuously for at least 5 years at the time of the candidate’s admission.
- Applicable Programs: All programs of study at PES University.
2. Loyalty Program for Students from PES Institutions
Benefit: 20% fee concession annually for all years of study.
Eligibility:
- Students who have graduated from any PES Institution or sister concern, including:
- Amaatra Academy
- SSM Public School
- PES Public School, Chittoor
- PESIMSR, Kuppam
- PES University (Hanumanth Nagar Campus,
- Ring Road Campus, Electronic City Campus)
- Applicable Programs: All programs of study at PES University.
- Students who are currently studying at PES and willing to secure admissions in future for a UG / PG program at PES will also be eligible for this benefit.
3. Loyalty Program for Siblings of Current Students & PES Alumni
Benefit: 10% fee concession annually for all years of study.
Eligibility:
- Siblings of Current Students & PES Alumni.
- Applicable Programs: All programs of study at PES University.
4. Loyalty Program for Children of PES Alumni
Benefit: 10% fee concession annually for all years of study.
Eligibility:
- Children of PES Alumni.
- Applicable Programs: All programs of study at PES University.
Important Notes
Applicable for admissions starting from AY 2025-26
- This Loyalty Program will be applicable starting from the admissions of AY 2025-26.
Exclusive Benefits
- The Loyalty Program benefits cannot be combined. A student can claim only one loyalty benefit at the time of admission.
Additional Scholarships / Benefits Still Applicable
- The loyalty benefit is independent of other applicable scholarships (e.g., Prof. MRD Scholarships, Prof. CNR Rao Scholarships etc…) and other applicable benefits like Student Assistantships, Teaching Assistantships, and Research Assistantships etc. Meaning, the student will still get all these benefits that they are eligible for in addition to the loyalty benefit.
Not Applicable for Government Quota Admissions
- The loyalty benefit does not apply to students admitted through Government CET or Government PGCET quota.
Disclaimer
- The Loyalty Program mentioned here will be reviewed by the University on an annual basis and may be changed / annulled without any prior notification.
- If a PES full-time employee on the payroll of the University availing the benefit of the Loyalty Program resigns / relieved from the University, the Loyalty benefit will be declared null and void.
- PES University reserves the right to approve the Loyalty Benefit at its discretion, and its granting is subject to the University’s approval.
