With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in academia, student development, and industry collaboration, Sridhar K S serves as the Registrar and Placement Head at PES University. He has been instrumental in bridging the gap between academic excellence and career readiness, ensuring that students secure top opportunities in leading organizations.

He has guided four candidates for their PhD Degree and has presented over 40 papers in reputed conferences and Journals.

He served as the Chief Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at PESIT, an initiative funded by AICTE, New Delhi, to empower students to become future business leaders.

A strong advocate for industry-academia collaboration, he coordinated with General Motors Technical Centre, India (GMTCI), to establish the first-ever PACE (Partner for Advancement of Curriculum in Engineering Education) Centre in India at PESIT, a pioneering effort in advancing engineering education.

Additionally, he has contributed to faculty development as the Convener of the ISTE Faculty Convention held at PESIT. His influence extends to policy and innovation, serving as a member of the Enterprise Development, Technology, and Innovation Committee at FKCCI, Bangalore, driving initiatives that enhance student employability and skill development.

Under his leadership, the Placement and Training Department at PES University continues to set new benchmarks in student career progression, fostering strong industry partnerships and equipping students with the skills needed to thrive in competitive job markets.
