Candidates who have secured a seat through the PESU Merit EAC Round / PESU Merit JEE Counseling are required to submit their hard copy original documents as per the link https://pes.edu/docs/ to the Office of Admissions at PES University Ring Road Campus to confirm their existing provisional admission. This needs to be done on or before 15th July 2026.

• Online Counseling Candidates who took a PESU JEE seat in the counseling can collect their original hard copy fee receipt from the University in person when they come to submit original documents as given above. If such candidates send their original documents through courier, their fee receipt will be with the University and can be collected when they visit the University in person for the Orientation program.
• Candidates who changed from Early Admission Commitment (EAC) seat or Higher Fee Category (HFC) seat to PESU JEE seat in the counseling through online counseling can collect their change of quota receipt in-lieu of the fee receipt from the University when they come to submit the original documents as given above. If such candidates send their original documents through courier, their change of quota receipt (in-lieu of the fee receipt) will be with the University and can be collected when they visit the University in person for the Orientation program.

Please note that the last date for submission of original documents to the University is 15th July, 2026.

If we do not receive all the original hard copy documents as per the above link to the University by the aforementioned date, the merit seat secured by the candidate will be forfeited by the University, and it will be the responsibility of the candidate to apply and claim the refund for the seat.
